  Carole took all the stress out of selling
  Carole was a absolute Joy . I cannot recommend her highly enough. Throughout the whole process she was so pleasant, genuine, professional and just downright wonderful. In my experience with other real estate agents I have found them to have that “sleazy car sales man” vibe, but Carole was the polar opposite . So utterly trustworthy and honest , she sold my house for a good price in super fast time. I recommend her services to anyone . The best.

  Is there any other choice? Caroles a stand out!
  We decided to interview three agents for the sale of our Tapping home. I had seen Carole was active in the area and from the first call I knew Carole was the agent for us.
  
  We wanted an agent that would work hard to get the home sold and would be in regular contact with us throughout the sale process.
  
  Carole delivered on every promise right from the start. Carole was energetic and professional at all times and kept us in the loop with what was happening.
  
  After we chose Carole - we heard that family had met her at other home opens. They said they couldn’t speak more highly of her due to her friendly nature and following through on her promises to them. From that feedback, we knew Carole worked hard with buyers to get homes sold in the interests of both the buyer and seller.
  
  The sale was effortless from our end but we know Carole worked extremely hard from her end to get the home sold quickly and for a great price.
  
  We would recommend Carole without hesitation.

  A few houses down the street from us I had seen the sign of Carole Seville's Real Estate with a Sold sticker on it. I walked up to it and met the lady of the house which just had been sold. She was all in praise about Carole and her right hand man Daniel Maccora. A few days later I and my wife went to Carole's office and had a meeting with her and Dan. It was a most enjoyable encounter because we could feel that we were carefully listened to and a very good rapport developed quickly. Carole and Dan got all the marketing started and only two days after the advertising had gone out we had a great offer which we accepted. Most hands on matters were handled by Dan. What was most pleasing was the fact that Dan and Carole’s office almost always immediately responded to any email or text message. Additionally we were always kept up to date how far the sales process had progressed.
  My wife and I are most grateful for the highly professional way Carole and Daniel had handled the sale of our property. It could not have been any better!
