  I have gone to this salon twice and both times I have been more than pleased with the results! All stylists listen to your wants and follow through with precision. In the past I have bounced around from salon to salon looking for stylists that really listen to what I want to have done, whether it be a certain style or specific look that I am going for. After being so pleased with every service done here including: cut, style and color, I plan to return for any future hair needs. Additionally, the salon offers generous specials almost everyday of the week. I without a doubt would recommend this salon to anyone. In fact, I brought my best friend in there the other week and she too was thrilled with her cut and highlights! All stylists are to be trusted and are very knowledgable about hair. Furthermore, if you are at all unsure of what you want to have done, they are great at taking everything into consideration and giving you honest opinions.

  Very inexperienced staff. Ruined my hair after I asked for highlights with a natural root at the top. Ended up with a blotchy mess they couldn't fix and dark color which didn't match my natural. Even expected me to pay AGAIN for the appointment we scheduled to have it corrected. The recessed lighting above each seat is designed to illuminate the top of your head so you think the job was well done, until you walk outside to natural light and see a disaster.....best of all the hairdresser and owner blamed ME for their mistakes.
  
  By all means avoid this salon!
  
  UPDATE 1.23.14...*One day before my appointment for the color correction the owner called and said I would have to pay for my hair to be fixed.(Absolutely not) After going back and forth and placing the blame for their mistakes on me (said I didn't know what I wanted) I had to hang up. The owner simply did not care about making her client happy and didn't admit their mistakes. My hairdresser had less than a year of experience and had no idea what she was doing. One year later and I still vividly remember this experience. I still do not recommend.

  I had my hair styled here for the second time Saturday. The woman fit me in on short notice so that I could join my daughter. My daughter had her hair cut and dyed, beautiful job. I am reluctant to have my hair cut, I can't explain it just a quirk. The stylist Lauren made it quick and my hair looks fantastic. I won't go anywhere else.
